The Job Readiness Programs are 4-week, skill-specific programs that focus on training participants to be work-ready as Interior Systems Mechanic apprentices.
Program Outline
Week 1: Health and Safety Training
Week 2-3: Skill Specific ISM Training
Week 5-8: Work placement with Union Contractor*
*Only provided to successful participants
Participant Supports
Job Readiness programs are funded and are 100% free to attend. Participants will receive all necessary Personal Protective Equipment and a tool kit. Financial support is available while attending the program.
